Indo Rama Synthetics (India) distributes dividend

Indo Rama Synthetics (India) announced that the Company has distributed dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to its members on 25 August 2014, which was recommend by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 20 May 2014 and approved by the Members at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 01 August 2014.
