IndoStar Capital Finance converts into Public Company

With effect from 28 May 2014

IndoStar Capital Finance has informed BSE that Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, has approved the conversion of Company from private limited to public limited with effect from 28 May 2014.

Pursuant to which the name of the Company has been changed from 'INDOSTAR CAPITAL FINANCE" to 'INDOSTAR CAPITAL FINANCE'.
