Indraprastha Gas announces change in directorate

With effect from 14 January 2015

Indraprastha Gas announced that Board of Directors of the Company has passed the following resolutions :

1. Appointment of M. Ravindran as an Additional Director and Chairman in place of K. K. Gupta w.e.f. 14 January 2015.

2. Appointment of I. S. Rao as an Additional Director w.e.f. 14 January 2015.

3. Cessation of K. K. Gupta and R. K. Sharma, as Directors of the Company w.e.f. 14 January 2015.
