IndusInd Bank allots 45,190 equity shares

IndusInd Bank has has allotted 45,190 (Forty Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on 24 November 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
