IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13 November 2014 allotted 7,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Innova Marchantiles, Non-Promoter on the exercise of option attached with the warrants allotted on 04 July 2014.

Consequent upon the issue of the above 7,00,000 equity shares, the total paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to 4,00,11,591 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
