ITI announces change in company secretary

With effect from 23 September 2014

ITI announced that Sunitha K.S., Company Secretary is ceased to be Company Secretary with effect from 23 September 2014 (afternoon). She has been relieved from the duties of Company Secretary on 23 September 2014 after-noon.

Further, C.S.Sachdeva, the undersigned has to look after the work of Company Secretary, ITI and taken charge from 24 September 2014.
