Jindal Worldwide fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 27 December 2017

Jindal Worldwide announced that the Company has fixed 27 December 2017 as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each and determining the eligibility of members of the Company entitled to receive subdivided equity shares of Rs. 5/- each in lieu of existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
