JK Lakshmi Cement announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 26 August 2014

JK Lakshmi Cement announced that, IDBI vide its letter dated 26 August 2014, has withdrawn the nomination of R.K. Bansal, its Nominee Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, R.K. Bansal has ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 August 2014.
