Drug Discovery and Development Solutions, Singapore acquires Jubilant Discovery Services Inc., USA
Jubilant Life Sciences announced that Drug Discovery and Development Solutions, Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has entered into Stock Purchase Agreement for acquiring entire Equity Share capital of Jubilant Discovery Services Inc., USA ('JDSI') on 21 November 2017, subject to applicable laws.JDSI is a step-down subsidiary whose share capital is held by Jubilant Biosys, a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
After the said acquisition of shares, JDSI shall become a wholly-owned subsidiary of DDDSL.
