Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 May 2015 to receive, consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March, 2015 including that of for three months period ended 31 March, 2015,to approve appointment of Mr. Prakash Chandra Kejriwal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in replacement to Mr. Vikas Jain who has since resigned.
