Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corpn has reached a settlement/ restructuring of its debts of State Bank of India (SBI) and Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) with Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company (VII Trust) which had taken over the debts from the Banks.
