Kaya announces resignation of CFO

With effect from 13 July 2018

Kaya announced that Naveen Duggal, Chief Financial Officer of Kaya (the 'Company') has tendered his resignation on 22 June 2018, to pursue opportunities outside the Company. He will continue to render his services as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company till the closure of working hours on 13 July 2018.
