Kiri Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 February 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2014 and to approve issue of Redeemable Preference Shares on Private Placement basis.
