Kisan Mouldings announced that Suresh Purohit, CFO has been redesignated as Commercial Head of the Company with effect from 15 November 2017 and accordingly ceased to be the CFO and KMP of the company. The Company has appointed Amit Sudhakar as CFO and Snehal Bansode as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 16 November 2017 and 15 November 2017 respectively.
