Kitex Garments will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 January 2015, to take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2014 and appointment of Independent Directors as per provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
