Luminaire Technologies to hold EGM

On 3 January 2015

Luminaire Technologies announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 3 January 2015, to approve the Object Clause, Change of Name Clause, Appointment of New Auditors including increasing in Authorised Share Capital and issue of 5 Crore Convertible Equity Warrants of Rs. 16/- each (including premium of Rs. 15/- each) on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act & as per SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
