Mahindra CIE Automotive allots equity shares

Mahindra CIE Automotive announced that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution passed on 03 September 2015 issued and allotted 1,37,492 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,231,147,530/- to Rs. 3,232,522,450/-.
