Federal Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Federal Bank announced that the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of the Board has allotted 50,000 (Fifty Thousand only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO upon exercise of stock options under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
