Mahindra & Mahindra announced that ICRA has reaffirmed the ratings for various debt facilities as under -

Non Convertible Debenture Programme (Rs 500 crore) - ICRA AAA; Stable
Long term fund based facilities (Rs 65 crore) - ICRA AAA; Stable
Long term non fund based facilities (Rs 110 crore) - ICRA AAA; Stable
Short term non fund based facilities (Rs 350 crore) - ICRA A1
