Mahindra & Mahindra announced that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has affirmed the company's Long-Term Issuer Rating at 'IND AAA'. The Outlook is Stable. The instrument-wise rating actions are given below:

Non-convertible debentures (NCDs) (Rs 1475 crore) - IND AAA/Stable (Affirmed)

Non-fund-based limits (Rs 402.5 crore) - IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+ (Affirmed)

Fund-based/Non fund-based (Rs 250 crore) - IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+ (Affirmed)

Fund-based limits (Rs 800 crore) - IND A1+ (Affirmed)

Fund-based/non fund-based (Rs 50 crore) - IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+ (Assigned)

Non-fund based (Rs 15 crore) - IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+ (Assigned)

Fund based (Rs 750 crore)- IND A1+ (Assigned)
