Majesco allots 52,438 equity shares under ESOS

Majesco has allotted 52,438 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5 each to employees, who exercised their vested options under the Company''s Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari- passu with existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,84,44,920 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 14,22,24,600.
