With effect from 01 February 2015
Mangalam Industrial Finance announced that Vinita Daga, Managing Director of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Managing Director but intended to continue as director in the Company. The Board of Directors (The Board), with their kind appreciation for her continuous support & valuable service, at their meeting held on 17 January 2015 accepted her resignation to be effective from 01 February 2015.Further the Board on recommendation of Nomination Committee, at their meeting held on 17 January 2015 consented to appoint Pradeep Kumar Daga as Managing Director of the company for a term of five years on same terms & conditions and remunerations as of Vinita Daga subject to approval of shareholders at their meeting.
