With effect from 06 September 2017
Media Matrix Worldwide announced that the Company on 05 September 2017 has transferred its entire stake held in DigiCall Teleservices ('DTPL') to Karvy Data Management Services (KDMSL) in terms of Share Purchase Agreement signed on 02 August, 2017, after obtaining the shareholders' approval through postal ballot on 26 August, 2017.Pursuant to above (i) DTPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f 6 September, 2017; and (ii) DigiCall Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of DTPL and a step down subsidiary of the Company, has also ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 6 September, 2017.
