Modison Metals to hold board meeting

Modison Metals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 October 2014, to appoint B B Singh as Additional Director on Board of the Company, to appoint Rita Bhatia as Additional Woman Independent Director on Board of the Company, to accept the resignation of L P Aggarwal as Director of the Company, and to reconstitute Audit Committee of the Company.
