Usha Martin has appointed MSTC as the selling agent as per the terms of selling agency agreement entered by both parties on 18 January 2020 for disposal of all types of scraps, movable/ immovable items and all surplus condemned/ scrap / obsolute material and secondary arising (ferrous and non- ferrous) as well as equipment, plant, machineries, properties, precious metals and misc. Articles etc. through MSTC's Auction website www.mstcecommerce.com. The Agreement will remain valid till
three (3) years from the date of agreement.
