Murli Industries announces resignation of nominee director

With effect from 28 August 2014

Murli Industries announced that pursuant to the letter dated 28 August 2014 from Alok Srivastava regarding resignation from the post of Nominee Director from the Board of Directors of the Company. He was nominated as nominee director of Punjab National Bank.

Since the services of Alok Srivastava were transferred to the Head Office, Punjab National Bank, New Delhi, he was unable to continue as the Nominee Director on the Board of the Company.
