NIIT allots equity shares

Under ESOP

NIIT announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 26,600 (Twenty Six Thousand Six hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.
