NIIT announces change in company secretary
With effect from 02 February 2015
NIIT announced that Rajesh Arora has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with the effect from the closing business hours of 31 January 2015.Further, Mukesh Kumar has joined as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 02 February 2015.
