NIIT announces merger of NIIT USA and Eagle
NIIT announced the mergrer of its wholly owned subsidiary NIIT USA and Eagle International Institute, a wholly owned subsidiary of NIIT USA.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 June 2021, has approved the proposed merger as a shareholder of NIIT USA.
