Nimbus Projects announces resignation of company secretary cum compliance officer

With effect from 19 August 2015

Nimbus Projects announced Swatantra Kumar Sethi has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and the Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 19 August 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Sethi also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
