Outcome of board meeting of ACE EduTrend

ACE EduTrend announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, had transacted the following businesses:-

1. The Board has considered and accepted the resignation of Mahendra Singh Soda from the directorship of the Company and appointed Rup Lal as the independent director of the Company.

2. Atreyee Das has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
