Outcome of board meeting of Arshiya

Held on 10 July 2015

Arshiya announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 July 2015, has appointed following Key Managerial Persons:-

1. V. L. Ganesh as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of the Company; and

2. Savita Dalal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

Further, Vinod Parekh ceased to be the compliance officer with immediate effect.
