Outcome of board meeting of Bhagwati Autocast

Bhagwati Autocast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following;

1. Disclosure under 30 (6) Schedule III sub Para (4) (7) Change in KMP, New Company Secretary appointment.

2. Board Recommended Dividend of 7% i.e. Rs. 0.70 per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2015-2016.

3. Approval of Resignation of M. N. Shah - Independent Director.
