Consolidated Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the increase in remuneration of Rohit Gupta, Managing Director of the Company, with effect from 01 October 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and the Central Government, and other approvals, if any, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, any other applicable provisions, if any.
