Outcome of board meeting of IL&FS Investment Managers

IL&FS Investment Managers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 July 2016, has decided to subscribe to 200,000 Equity Shares issued by IIML Asset Advisors (IAAL), its wholly owned subsidiary. The shares will be subscribed at a price of Rs. 190 per share for a total consideration of Rs. 38,000,000/-.
