Outcome of board meeting of Kesar Enterprises

Held on 11 July 2016

Kesar Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 July 2016, inter alia, has :

1. Appointed M A Kuvadia as an Additional Director who will hold the office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

2. Re-appointed Shri H R Kilachand, as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 3 years from 14 August 2016 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

3. Reconstituted the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
