Outcome of board meeting of Manappuram Finance

Manappuram Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 September 2014, has considered and approved the following proposals:

1. Commencement of business of Micro Financing either as a separate division of the Company or by acquiring existing companies in micro financing activity.

2. Commencement of Finance against Commercial Vehicles.

3. Depository participant license from CDSL.
