SmartPi Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2015, has considered and approved the following;

1. Appointment of Navneet Kaur Virk as whole time Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Y. Sravan Kumar as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

3. Appointment of Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2014-15.
