Outcome of board meeting of Span Diagnostics

Span Diagnostics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 October 2014, has considered and recommended 01 December 2014 as the closing date for transfer of business undertaking subject to completion of necessary formalities in conformity with the Business Purchase agreement dated 24 January 2014 as approved by the shareholders of the Company.
