The Board of Superior Finlease at its meeting held on 07 June 2017 has appointed Harish Kumar (DIN: 02591868) as an additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company for the term of five years subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
