Superior Industrial Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 November 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of V. K. Gupta as independent and non- executive director of the Company.

2. Take note of disclosure of directorship of Mahesh Prasad Mehrotra, director of the Company.

3. Appointment of Neha Sarpal for the post of Company Secretary.

4. Resignation of Monika Sharma from the post of Company Secretary.

5. Consider and approve the delisting of securities of Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
