1. B. K. Goenka as Executive Chairman

2. R. G. Sharma as Independent Director

3. Mintoo Bhandari as Non Independent Non Executive Director and Utsav Baijal an Alternate Director to Mintoo Bhandari

4. Shriniwas Kargutkar as Chief Financial Officer

5. Rajendra Sawant as Company Secretary.
