Phillips Carbon Black gets NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

Phillips Carbon Black announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, vide its Order dated 19 July 2017, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Goodluck Dealcom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips Carbon Black, (referred to as the 'Transferor Company') and Phillips Carbon Black (referred to as the 'Transferee Company').
