Piramal Enterprises announced that the rights issue committee at its meeting held on 18 December 2019 has approved the following -Fixed record date of 31 December 2019 for determining the eligible equity shareholders.
Fixed rights entitlement ratio as 11 equity shares for every 83 fully paid up equity shares.
