PR Cements drafts board meeting outcome

PR Cements announced that its directors in the board meeting held on 23 January 2014 have approved the resignation of Satyanarayana Prasad Kalagara as managing director as well as director of the company, resignation of Yarabolu Venkata Ramana Reddy as director of the company, appointment of new director Ronda Venkata Rami Reddy as an additional director of the company and to shift its registered office from Plot No. 29-13-28, Kaleswararao Road, Suryaraopet, and Vijayawada to Vepalamadhavaram, Mallacheruvu Mandal, Nalgonda District, and Andhra Pradesh-508246.
