Precision Wires India to hold board meeting

Precision Wires India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2016, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended (Q4) and year ended 31 March 2016 of FY 2015-16 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-2016 & consider re-appointment of Deepak M Mehta, Whole -Time Director subject to regulatory approvals w.e.f. August 01, 2016 for further period of three years.
