Under QIP issue
Prestige Estates Projects has allotted 1,24,20,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 372.50 per equity share at a premium of Rs 362.50 per share, aggregating to Rs 462.64 crore.The issue opened on 30 January 2020 and closed on 04 February 2020. Pursuant to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 400.86 crore comprising of 40,08,61,654 equity shares.
