Rajlaxmi Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 July 2015, to Shift the registered Office of the Company from Mumbai to Delhi, to approve the term sheet to acquire 100% equity of Gulf Aglow Lighting Ltd, UAE, & to consider appointment of Shrikant as Independent additional director.
