Ranbaxy Laboratories announced that the ESOPs Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 22 January 2015, allotted 6,40,597 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company. The paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 425,663,497 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating Rs. 2,128,317,485/-.
