RBL Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 352,802 (Three Lac Fifty Two Thousand Eight Hundred & Two) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on 17 November 2016 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 371,961,531 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,719,615,310 to 372,314,333 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,723,143,330.
